This jerky blend has been used by everyone from Maine to California.  This seasoning can be sprinkled on meat that has been cut into strips or added to ground meat.  Use about 1lb per 50lb of meat.  This comes in a HOT blend.  Same great blend with more ground red pepper to bring up the heat.  Cure has NOT been added.
