This is one of John Hatfields original recipies that may be the best kept secret here at Townsend!  This blend has just enough spicy bite to really make your chicken wings sing.  You can also add this to your fried chicken batter and folks will wonder how they have lived this long without this blend! Ok!  I'll go ahead and tell ya, add to your fish batter as well.  "I told ya so!"
