Preserve your fresh sausages and summer salami with our Quick Cure. This cure enhances flavor, preserves your meat and helps retain the pink color of your sausage. After adding to your ground meat and stuffing your sausage, it can either be smoked, eaten fresh or frozen. Add 4 ounces to 100 lbs of meat or about 1 teaspoon to 5 lbs of meat. Our sausage seasoning blends will come with the appropriate amount of cure except for our Mild Italian seasoning.
