This product is one of Townsend's top sellers year after year. The 25 lb kit comes complete with cure, mustard seeds, and 12 - 2"X20" mahogany casings.  Each casing will hold about 2 lbs of meat. The 100lb unit does not come with casings, however, you can order casings that fit your needs, just go the the casing tab on our website. 

This product can also be purchased in a bulk box that will do around 1200lbs of meat.  Just give us a call for priceing.
